Bayli Ferrin
Lead Teacher
Bayli is a dedicated and passionate educator with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (with a minor in History) from Utah State University and a Master of Education from Western Governors University. She began her career teaching third grade, where she quickly discovered the joy of helping young learners grow in confidence and curiosity. After a few years in the classroom, Bayli took time to focus on her growing family—an experience that has deepened her understanding of children and strengthened her commitment to education.
With a heart for teaching and a belief that every child is capable of greatness, Bayli finds joy in creating meaningful learning experiences that spark a love of learning. She firmly believes that children are among life’s greatest treasures, and considers her two most important roles to be “mom” and “teacher.”
Bayli and her husband are the proud parents of two little girls who bring light and laughter to their lives. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors camping and hiking, as well as making memories with extended family through board games and family gatherings. In her free time, Bayli loves to read, craft, and sew—creative outlets that inspire her both in and out of the classroom.
