Bailey grew up in Box Elder County, Utah, and proudly considers herself a small-town girl. After high school, she attended Utah State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology. While she originally planned to become a school counselor, she discovered a love for teaching while working at a local elementary school — and hasn’t looked back since!

Outside the classroom, Bailey enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors. Teaching has become one of her greatest passions, and she is excited to create a classroom environment where students feel supported and inspired to learn.
